About Broccoli

Broccoli is a consulting and technology partnership that helps small businesses make sense of their data, clean up their processes and start using AI in ways that produce results.

We are not a software vendor with a product to push. We are two senior practitioners who sit down with clients, figure out what they are genuinely trying to accomplish and build the right thing to help them do it.

What makes Broccoli different is not just technical skill but the earlier work: the problem specification, the process mapping, the patient effort to help a client understand what is actually happening in their business before anything gets built. That is where the real value lives and that is what our clients remember. We are trying to do excellent work for the right clients and grow from there.

Why Broccoli?

The name is not an accident. We named it Broccoli because of one simple truth about data: having it is not the same as digesting it. A lot of businesses are sitting on more information than they know what to do with. There are CRMs full of contacts nobody has touched, dashboards that nobody looks at, AI tools that got implemented and forgotten, and spreadsheets that one person understands and everyone else avoids. And underneath all of it are processes that were never quite right to begin with, which means the data coming in was never quite clean either. The data is there. It just never gets properly broken down. We help you digest it all. We clean up what is coming in, fix how it flows through your business, and turn what was once overwhelming into something your business can actually absorb, understand, and act on every single day.
